Pursuant to the directives of the Supreme Court of India, a Women Grievance Redressal Cell has been set up in the college to uphold the dignity of women under the chairmanship of Principal.
To take care of all complaints on sexual harassment of women at workplace, a Woman Grievance Redressal Cell/ Internal Complaints Committee is active in the college from the session 2016-17. The committee works under the chairmanship of Principal, Prof. Indira Daroch with following members(session 2022-23)—

The committee holds regular meetings and endeavors to equip the female students, faculty and staff members with knowledge of their legal rights. It also incorporates hygiene habits among girl students and ensures a healthy atmosphere in and around the institution.
